Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated change agent who can collaborate with cross-functional teams,
build and maintain vendor relationships, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

comfortable working with several moving pieces at once. This individual should also be adaptable to
new technology and can think holistically to update our business workflows for our internal teams.

• The e-commerce Marketplace Account Manager is responsible for the whole strategy and
execution of the various e-commerce Marketplaces, including (but not limited to) Amazon,
Noon, Jumia and other marketplace sites in the EG/GCC/MENA.
• He/ She should manage the account for other online distributors of product sold wholesale.
• The role works across technology, fulfillment and item set-up teams to ensure proper system
and execution of the daily operations of the channels.

Key Accountabilities:-

 Operations

  • Drive strategy and oversight of several marketplace e-commerce channels.
  • Responsible for the product/channel mix and optimization between marketplaces on a daily basis.
  • Oversee the day-to-day marketplace E-commerce operations, customer service, updates, post listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance and performance.
  • Sell in of ideas and product pitches, and solution selling to various partners to hit growth targets daily.
  • Plan weekly, monthly and annual forecast for channels as well as item and category projection for inventory management.
  • Liaise with direct and indirect team and management to ensure proper item-level detail and promotional activity to drive item and category sales.
  • Discover and identify new channels as defined in the annual strategy, negotiate contracts, test and build new accounts as needed; serve as project manager to ensure all aspects of partnership are integrated.

Merchandising

  • Create and launch continually promotional activity at the item level and decide the
  • channel strategy by SKU (which e-commerce channels what products will sell in, and When).
  • Report, analysis, negotiates and customer service for various marketplaces and wholesale e-commerce accounts; management of account expectations forecast and individual account growth.

 Buying

  • Develop and implement the assortment and inventory plan to match the sales plan.
  • Work with other divisions to maximize inventory.
  • Replenishment and reorders.
  • Reporting daily sales.
  • Reporting weekly sales report to management.

Customer Service

  • Act as single point of contact with existing marketplaces and manage the relationship
  • successfully and grow new relationships with new ones.
  • Overseeing the development of customer relationships through marketplace.

Job Requirements

• Understanding of E-commerce marketing and digital sales drivers with marketplace and channel
advisors
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with demonstrated entrepreneurial initiative, as
well as able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or general ecommerce management.
• 2+ years of management experience (project, program, and people management).
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS office.
• Very Good in English.
