Job Description

  • Develop, modify and submit of SOPs for approval when required.
  • Testing, supervising (where required) and arranging SASO samples according to the specified monthly reports.
  • Testing and following of Stability, Returned finish goods, Colors, Catalogues, Colorants, Finish goods, RMs, Packing and Samples analysis for all company departments.
  • Calibration, Maintenance and Follow-up of equipment, instruments in the laboratory and always keep them in good conditions.
  • Closing the daily tests reports of final products and authorize to accept the batch tickets and communicating the result immediately to the production and support in the troubleshooting in the quality related issues.
  • Follow-up customer / supplier complaints and verification, testing and reporting.
  • Prioritizing the testing of product within the quality control laboratory based on the priority.
  • Selection of STD samples based on batch number so that it is without change or modification, as well as matching the results of tests product for the specification required.
  • Continuous monitoring and participating in cost reduction activities (electricity - water - use of improvised - leftover samples - leftover packing).
  • Coordination and support of audits conducted at the site, whether from internal or external parties and monitor the implementation of the recommended corrective and preventive actions.
  • Comply with the rules and safety instructions for working within laboratories.- Commitment to general cleanliness of work place and the cleanliness of devices and equipment used in laboratories and maintained it.
  • Documenting of all lab activities and submitting regular reports.
  • Perform any other job-related tasks as assigned by the direct manager related to the job .

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the paint industry. Raw materials, pack Materials and color Lab is preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering/ Chemist.
  • ISO strong knowledge
  • Technical Experience
  • Auditing skill.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processing.
  • Highly organized and structured.
  • Strong technical writing skills (procedures, protocols, and reports).
  • good level of English.
  • Advanced MS office skills.
