Job Purpose
Handling all the recruitment activities within the assigned account fulfilling account manpower need with the Head count plan
Job Responsibilities
- Create candidates pipeline through posting job ads on all recruitment channels.
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media.
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Carry out the hiring process including job offer proposal, communicating it to the successful candidates.
- Support in organizing and attending job Fairs & recruitment events
Job Requirements
- University Degree in business related discipline.
- Preferable Call center experience 6months at least
- Contract duration is 6 months subject to renewal based on performance
- Excellent English is a must
- Minimum of 6 months previous mass hiring experience (white collars) is a Must
- Good general Computer skills.(MS Office )
