Job Description
We are a small startup developing e-commerce and social media application solutions. The startup is based in Australia but we are hiring from all around the world. We are looking for an experienced backend developer who will be designing and developing the database and API of a web application for e-commerce and social media.
- You will be working within a supportive environment, where everyone will be hands-on and pivotal to the success of the team and success of the project. We welcome new ideas and innovative solutions to existing problems.You will be considered part of the team and will have the opportunity to influence some of the decisions made in the company. The job is remote friendly so you can work from any location.
Job Requirements
Required skills:
- 2-3 years’ experience of Laravel framework
- Experience in version control and continuous testing, integration and deployment
- Experience in MySQL and PostgresSQL database
- Experience with Apache server
- REST API development with web applications
Recommended skills:
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS experience
- Experience in cloud computing environments, AWS, S3, Azure, etc.
- End to end project lifecycle experience
