Job Description
- Implement sales and marketing plan of action.
- Deliver sales by developing relationships with business partners.
- Achieve targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth with the help of Sales staff.
- Provide direction to the Sales Staff & supervise them.
- Coach field force on the technical aspects of the organization’s products.
- Introducing Company’s products to customers.
- Monitor supply of products to customers as per their purchases requests.
- Participate in and implement territory planning, through targeting and segmentation in their territory to get the maximum use of time and best area coverage for both vendors.
- Generate new leads and organize appointments & meetings with all customers.
- Conduct regular daily field visits and negotiate contracts with potential and existing customers.
- Handle responsibility for all assigned accounts.
- Track, follow up and encourage continued activity for assigned accounts.
- Achieve sales growth and increase the company's market share.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree Preferred in Science, Veterinary, or related field
- 3 - 7 years experience in ( Laboratory , Hematology & Chemistry Analyzer , Reagent , Devices )
- 2 Years experience as a Sales Supervisor is a Must.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead a team
- Excellent leadership skills
- Experience setting sales goals
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
