Job Description
- Building and implementing architecture roadmaps for next-generation Artificial Intelligence solutions for Union Coop Retail business.
- Conceptualizing and developing a set of AI solutions around analytics and automation that can be deployed within Union Coop business processes and applications.
- Understand Union Coop Retail business to Plan and execute complex technical projects using AI platform.
- Executing proof of concepts to assess the value of Artificial Intelligence use cases.
- Architect and implement modern Artificial Intelligence solutions using virtual agents, visual analytics, machine learning, algorithms, prediction, and deep learning.
- Participating in vendor landscape and technology assessments to cover AI-related technologies.
- Participate in related Artificial Intelligence communities and technology forums.
- Work closely with leadership to set strategy and define success criteria for AI projects.
- Bringing expertise with different types of algorithms and modeling processes for Retail industry.
- Having expertise in applying ML different algorithms (supervised and unsupervised).
- Having expertise in neural networks and deep learning models.
- Having expertise in computer vision, object detection, and recognition.
- Very good experience in data science and machine learning frameworks like pandas, numpy, matplotlib, seaborn, plotly, sklearn, tensorflow, keras, and pytorch.
- Adopting, utilizing, and developing Union Coop’s Information Management approaches, and methodologies.
- Educate team members on integrating Union Coop Business systems collaboratively using AI technologies.
- Having expertise in AWS, and Microsoft Azure AI platform.
Job Requirements
- Relevant formal education, including in AI/ML.
- Should have Retail Experience and retail user cases expertise.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with 2 to 3 years of AI expertise as mentioned above.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
