QC Manager Engineer

(Job duties and responsibilities) 

• Attending and following up on the quality department's important meetings and documenting the agreed work plan 
•  assuring that the work plan is being implemented according to the company's vision.
• monitoring and following up on the action plans related to different company’s sectors and ensuring that company's deadlines and the objectives are being met.
• Providing reports and analytical data that indicate goals' achievement to take the appropriate decision.
•  evaluating the performance of all company's sectors to determine how to measure the performance. 
• Providing consultations and services that will help in increasing the production and Providing better services 
• coordinating with all sectors to ensure the implementation of any required corrective actions. 
• submitting any proposals that would help in raising the performance and achieving any future goals. 
• Providing and following up on any recommendations related to developing work performance and achieving company's goals.
• ensure the implementation of company's strategy regarding the developing of the work performance.
