Job Description
- General office secretarial tasks.
- Greet customers, clients or any visitor who comes to the organization in an elegant way and direct them properly.
- Responsibility might include responding to telephone calls, relaying messages to the Direct managers , and handling incoming communications such as email and formal letters.
- Managing calendars, plan meetings and conferences.
- Arrange an appointments for candidates by Call or WhatsApp.
- Receive and address administration related complaints from the customers.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 years of experience in real estate companies is a must.
- Fluent command of English
- Very good Excel and Office.
- Bachelor degree in business or related field of study.
- Flexible, Proactive and Sociable.
