Job Description
| • Develop creative and engaging social media strategies | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| • Manage the day-to-day handling & create the monthly calendars of all Allianz social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| • Plan and deliver engaging content adapted to different social media channels | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| • Develop, launch and manage online activations and campaigns that promote Allianz brand and our products | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| • Discover and reach out to Influencers, bloggers & industry professionals | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| • Manage, facilitate and moderate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| • Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| • Analyze and report on competitor activity | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| • Increase and optimize Allianz online audience engagement & reach | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| • Work with external creative teams and graphic designers to create engaging content, image and video content for our social media accounts | |||||||||||||||||||||||
Job Requirements
| • 4 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role | |||
| • Superior Arabic and English copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful post on social media to using effective storytelling techniques | |||
• Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics..) • Working knowledge of social analytics & listening tools | |||
| • Experience in setting up and optimizing Facebook, Instagram & Google Adwords campaigns | |||
| • Outstanding Arabic & English copywriting, verbal communication and interpersonal skills. |
