Job Description
- Assist in training and motivating the workforce

- Follow-up and supervision of recruitment stages.
- Preparing and preparing available job advertisements and selecting recruitment channels
- Coordinating the internal recruitment process and transitions within the organization.
- Follow up on job applications and evaluate candidates.
- Conducting interviews with candidates via telephone and personal interviews.
- Send job offers and negotiate with candidates.

Job Requirements
- 4 To 6 years of experience working in human resources.
- Computer proficiency (Excel - Visio - Power Point) fully proficient and professional.
- Excellent proficiency in the English language.
- Preferably those who have previously worked in the field of factories or large companies
