Job Description
- Retail Execution – merchandising, selling, in store fundamentals.
- Continuously assesses the needs from our internal clients and translates them into SMART goals.
- Analyzes and identifies organizational needs and develops short-and-long-range. strategies to address performance gaps.
- Merchandising products and point of sale materials.
- Preparing a weekly schedule for trainings after communication with sales manager.
- Successful delivery of training and all activities for each store.
- Working on enhancing K Pis results for retail employees.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience at the same title from 2 to 4 years .
- work and experience in international brands are required .
- Have good English and Microsoft skills .
- Very good presentation skills and communication skills .
- A very strong public speaking skills .
