Job Description

Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
Conduct ads market research to identify trends, perform competitive analysis, and understand customer needs.
Define and target key customer segments to develop strategies for effective engagement.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, social media, Meta, email marketing.
Good practices with Tracking Tools
Optimize website content and user experience to improve lead generation and conversions.
Generate high-quality leads through innovative and data-driven marketing strategies.
Manages and reviews written content, ensuring smooth execution of the plan across multiple products.
Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing collateral that aligns with business goals.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure marketing strategies remain competitive.
Provide regular reports and updates to upper management on campaign performance, results, and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Requirements:
    ·      Strong experience in running advertisements on social media platforms
    (facebook,Instagram,Linkedin,Google ads,Youtube).
    Has experience with the following platforms: GTM and GA4 and Tracking.
    Capable of working with SEO and has experience in managing product management teams
    Demonstrable experience in managing successful marketing campaigns 
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
    It is preferable for them to have experience in the software field B2B
    Preferably has experience in the Gulf market.
