Job Description
- Prepare realistic project schedule using appropriate too such as Primavera and MS project
- Prepare competitive bids for new projects
- Calculate Optimal Material requirement, Manpower Requirement for each stage of the project
- Coordinate with the Engineering Director and different departments to ensure good execution of the plan
- Plan for the budget required for the project and monitor expenses as the project is executed
- Create cash flow forecasts for each project
- Collect periodic updates and prepare daily, weekly and monthly updates of the project
- Create variance reports (Schedule Variance and Cost Variance
- Create Project Closing Reports with continuous improvement
Job Requirements
- Minimum 7 active years of experience in Planning Engineering within the real estate industry.
- A real estate back ground is preferable
- Alexandria Residence only
- High levels of mathematical skills and analytical problem-solving.
