Job Description
- Receiving job applications submitted by each department
- Review submitted job applications
- Implementation of the job description program for the required job
- Announcing all vacancies internally and externally through various recruitment media
- Sorting and filtering the CVs of the candidate for the required job
- Submitting CVs of the candidate for the required position to the hiring manager.
- Dealing with different collars
- Update employment records and produce report analytics.
- Conduct exit interviews and prepare exit interview analyses.
- Hold staff preparation and orientation sessions.
- Receipt of employment documents in order to finalize the job offer
- craft job offer letters
- Monitor the performance of the assigned employee during the probationary period
- Create and conduct surveys to identify areas of improvement in the organization and employee satisfaction
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree (Commerce-Laws-Human Resources OR Any high qualification)
- Males &females.
- v.good communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- HR diploma or certificate
- 2-4 years of experience in the HR department
- Time management & basic knowledge for SLA and hiring plan
- working hours from 8 am to 5 pm (It includes an hour Break)
- Working days 6 days a week
