Job Description:

  • Present, promote and sell products /services using solid arguments to existing and
    prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their
    needs.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize
    satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests,
    competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.
  • Receive data (Leads, Clients) Receive data from the Data Management Department
    on the Zoho CRM system.
  • Contact data (Leads, Clients) Make calls, E-Mails, and text messages with data,
    provide prices and detailed information about the service.
  • Update data (Leads, Clients) Status.
  • After the answer, convert data into deals, update deal stages and status depending
    on the interactions.

Job Benefits: 

  • Basic Salary: 9500 TL
  • 1650 TL food card
  • 780 TL Transportation allowance
  • Commission from 500 up to 3000 $
  • The commission system starts from 1.5% to 5% based on total sales
  • The company is dealing with AISEC to help the candidate to find accommodation easier without any hassle
  • The candidate bears the Airline ticket cost.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English Speaker 
  • Experience starting from 6 months in the Telesales or relevant. 
  • Willing to travel and relocate in Turkey.
