Job Description

What you are expected to do:

  • Organizing database, maintaining a filling system (electronic and physical), and supporting with document controlling tasks
  • Managing communication including answering and directing inbound phone calls/ e-mails
  • Greeting and referring visitors to the person in question and creating a welcoming environment
  • Coordinating and managing meeting rooms calendar and setup along with capturing and distributing minutes of meetings
  • Receiving deliveries to sort and distribute incoming mail/ sites’ paperwork
  • Assisting with registering and planning events and courses along with coordinating the fees payments
  • Performing data entry and providing general administrative and clerical support to other departments.

Job Requirements

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Very good command of English
  • Proficient in Microsoft office software
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong sense of prioritizing, urgency, and problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail
