Job Description
What you are expected to do:
- Organizing database, maintaining a filling system (electronic and physical), and supporting with document controlling tasks
- Managing communication including answering and directing inbound phone calls/ e-mails
- Greeting and referring visitors to the person in question and creating a welcoming environment
- Coordinating and managing meeting rooms calendar and setup along with capturing and distributing minutes of meetings
- Receiving deliveries to sort and distribute incoming mail/ sites’ paperwork
- Assisting with registering and planning events and courses along with coordinating the fees payments
- Performing data entry and providing general administrative and clerical support to other departments.
Job Requirements
What you'll need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience.
- Very good command of English
- Proficient in Microsoft office software
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong sense of prioritizing, urgency, and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
