The selected candidate will be responsible on two projects related to car maintenance:
- Car home maintenance: fast maintenance on client’s premises.
Job Description:
- Managing the relationship with our clients, making sure that they are satisfied
- Identify problems in the operations process and resolve them in a quick and timely manner
- Be responsible for the success metrics for customer SLAs, facility operational and financial performance.
- Plan, direct, or coordinate the actual distribution or movement of service to the customer
- Track all incoming and outgoing parts for a dealership, and follow up when the dealership is out of stock, in addition to customers and service center
- Stock Control:Ensuring consumables and service parts are regularly refilled, for all trade/retail and internal service customers.
- Assist technicians with on-hand parts and ordering of specialized parts for custom repairs as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Keep track of inventory to ensure that fast-moving parts are stocked and available.
- Managing the relationship with our spare parts provider specially sister companies
- Responsible for achieving assigned upselling sales targets for the two services.
- Train and coach new parts advisers
- Supply valuable reporting and metrics on inventory and sales
- Assist in both daily and weekly inventories, and responsible for ordering parts, including tires and batteries.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:-
- BSC of engineering, automotive section
- Experience in Auto Repair service (Van maintenance service)- Service Center
- Experience min 5 years
- Sales background
- Managed a team of technicians before.
- Language: Excellent English
- Maximum age: 40
