Job Description
- Study the specifications, drawings and conditions of the project contract.
- Preparing the full project’s procurement plan.
- Participate in investigation committee for received materials.
- Prepare and arrange all interim invoices for subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare the monthly interim invoices for the owner/client.
- Prepare and submit change orders/additional orders to the client according to its cost and timeframe.
- Prepare approval requests for materials adherence to project’s specifications and follow up the handing over to the consultant.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc in Mechanical Power Engineering
- 6 - 10 years of relevant experience in construction firms.
