Job Description
General factory Manager
We are a Polish company from the fruit freeze-drying segment, that started their sister production company in Egypt. We are looking for a General Manager who will become head of our Egyptian operations.
- The project's first step is building the factory in Ismailia, parallelly organising local structures. This step will last approximately one year.
- The second step is organising the production, logistics, supplies and daily operation of the factory etc.
- This is a kind of startup project requiring experience in different fields. On the other hand, this is also the opportunity to be in the project from day one in the high-tech enterprise.
Job Requirements
The perfect candidate is a person with experience in industrial food production, especially using industrial refrigeration systems, who also has some experience in Business administration. However, this is not mandatory.
- Very good organisational skills
- Very good English skills are mandatory as you will be in daily contact with your colleagues from Poland.
- Some level of technical/engineering knowledge about industrial machinery and automation
- Accuracy in Reporting
- Meeting deadlines and punctuality
