Job Description
We are looking for a skilled sales manager to join our growing team to handle the following responsibilities:
- Sell our services (Websites and mobile apps development) to to the targeted clients.
- Achieve the sales quota and prepare the monthly and quarterly sales reports.
- Identify the potential qualified clients and present our services to them professionally.
- Generate new qualified leads and build healthy sales pipeline and optimize it.
- Cooperate with the marketing department to handle up-sell and cross-sell offers.
- Communicate and follow-up with potential clients via online and offline channels.
- Establishing the new sales department and monitor the sales team performance.
- Provide the sales team with training, guidance and motivation, and assign tasks.
- Create and optimize sales presentations, proposals that fit our targeted clients.
Job Requirements
- 5-10 years of sales experience in the field of software and apps.
- At least one year of experience as a sales team leader or manager.
- Track record of consistently achieving quota in the past positions.
- BS/BA degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science.
- Presentable and have good communication skills in Arabic & English.
- Very good negotiation and sales skills with proven closing ability.
- Ability to learn about IT services and describe them to the prospects.
- Good practical experience of using CRM software.
- Understanding the basics of websites and mobile apps development.
- Preferably has sales experience of software solutions in GCC countries.
