Job Description
- Study the project’s documents like drawings, specifications, and schedule, review tender documents and contract to be able to follow up on materials required.
- Review of specifications and prepare list of suppliers and subcontractors packages for different Project Disciplines.
- Prepare comparison sheets for main suppliers and subcontractors prices for different project items and recommend the most competitive ones.
- Provide the Procurement Engineers with support to resolve any complex issues and improve their performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 4 to 7 years of working experience in Mechanical procurement.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, PDF, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Solid knowledge of Oracle and SAP.
- Ability to handle several projects while meeting deadlines.
- Leadership skills is a must.
- MEP Construction field experience is a must.
