Job Description
- Lead the HR activities, onboarding new staff, including recruitment and transfers, talent development and retention, appointments, manning workload analysis; and advice on compensation alignment with the market.
- Support performance culture, and support management team towards high engagement levels across the departments.
- Provide HR leadership to young HR Calibers and consultation on people-related matters impacting their business. This role will provide innovative HR solutions.
- Drive the L&D activities over company and Group levels heavily.
- Manage the day-to-day and project HR operational activities and provide the right advice and action plan.
- Lead the workforce planning, effectively manage the staffing process to ensure talent needs and diversity considerations are fulfilled, and optimise Headcount versus efficiency.
- Work with Group HR to ensure effectiveness and alignment of achieving delivery and long-term priorities.
- Identify staffing requirements based on organizational goals and objectives and coordinate to ensure the most efficient and economical processes are utilized to secure top talent.
- Lead complex employee relations issues and legal investigations on behalf of the business.
- Provide guidance and support in administering human resources policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance.
- Ensure compliance and alignment of HR actions, policies and procedures with the overall Group ones.
Actively support, develop and mentor his/her HR team and develop his/her capabilities.
Job Requirements
-Strong Learning and development and Talent Acquisition experience of not less than 8 years.
-Proven experience in Human Resources among which the last 5 in a managerial level.
-BSC degree at least in a relevant study.
-In-depth HR functional knowledge, with HR generalist background with experience in relevant disciplines.
-Ability to maintain strong business relationships.
-Openness to change.
