Job Description
To ensure daily capacity utilization and booking is evaluated for flights departing Dubai Airports ensuring maximum revenue optimization
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Key Activities
- Assists Line Manager with weekly cargo capacity performance data
- Follows all relevant policies, processes, and procedures to ensure operations are carried out in a safe and secure manner
- Plans and schedules Road Feeder Services (RFS) throughout the network by identifying trucking gateways
- Liaises with Procurement team to identify RFS providers, negotiate terms and conditions and finalize trucking agreements
- Coordinates adhoc flight capacity and manages bookings as required due to operational changes
- Provides effective evaluation of allotments and approvals of capacity requests
- Ensures delivery of key customer capacity commitments to maintain business relationships with network wide Cargo Distributors
- Monitors capacity forecast on the inbound and outbound flights including overbooking limits
- Intercepts and takes decisions on queries and clarifications sought by customer service, interline partners, flydubai outstations, or any other stakeholders
- Liaises with the Cargo Pricing team to optimize revenue/yield managed flights
- Prepares Sales Prognosis Reports on a regular basis with available capacity and conveys to network
- Provides capacity management feedback to Line Manager to improve revenue management system and performance
- Supports the Line Manager on the annual budget planning with capacity management data
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
Minimum Qualification
- University Degree or equivalent
Education / Experience Specific Requirements
- Preferred No. of Years (with Relevant Degree) - 4
- Preferred No. of Years (without Relevant Degree) - 7
Systems, Licensing, Language or Certification Requirements
- Safety Management Systems.

ISR Requirements
Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day to day business operations.
