Full Time/Part Time: Full Time

ROLE SUMMARY & JOB PURPOSE  

King’s School – The Crown seeks an energetic, creative, hard-working, and collaborative individual to serve as a Customer Experience and Business Development Manager to support and drive the school’s market awareness and enrollment goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Although this list is not exhaustive, the position holder will be responsible for the following:

  • Create and executive marketing campaigns, events, and activations both on-campus and off-campus. Coordinate with suppliers and media agencies for costs, production needed collaterals and setup.
  • Manage and coordinate all recruitment-led events and activities such as roadshows, corporate events, open houses, school fairs, etc. in addition to representing the University at those events both on a local and international level (frequent trips to KSA and will be included + other countries). Coordinate with Admissions to ensure leads are being supported at all levels.
  • Develop public relations campaigns and activities using both traditional and alternative PR. Provide creativity and enthusiasm as a writer in a fast-paced environment, supporting the team and King’s School – The Crown (KSC) on student recruitment and campaigns which create strong results and engage with prospective students, their parents, and other key target groups.
  • Serve as a liaison and project manager to media outlets in Egypt. Track media campaigns, their execution, and track results online. Also be the main point of contact for external suppliers such as printing and production suppliers.
  • Manage and coordinate engagement with key constituencies (e.g., Companies, nurseries, and our partners) and execute external affairs plan, to ensure companies around Egypt are aware of King’s School and key partnerships and enrollment pipelines are created. You will act as main point of contact for those key constituencies and manage those relationships, and include the Head of School, where relevant.
  • Use data to assess and analyze key metrics and measure the effectiveness of communication efforts.
  • Monitor KSC’s social media platforms and content development and liaise with the global team on social media campaigns. Cover events and visits on social media.

Skills and previous experience

  • Experience in developing, maintaining and delivering established business development strategies to meet School objectives

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with various software, design, and web applications.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel, etc.
Qualifications and Accreditations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / Communications or similar
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in Business Development in the Education sector
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills both in English (UK) and Arabic.
