- Handling daily requests.
- Administer all booking requests and respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.
- Follow-up with different cases
- Booking all Travel Services needed.
- Provide quick response to urgent cases
- Min 3 years of experience with either or both of GDS systems (Sabre / Galileo)
- Very good to excellent command of English language
- University graduates
- Maximum age 30
- Knowledge of travel industry terminology and good grasp of geographical flight routes/airports specially for GCC market.
- Outstanding communication skills
- Willing to work on rotational shifts
