The Dark Stores Operations Manager is a unique opportunity and challenging position as it requires a multi-skilled individual to do the job right. You will be responsible for leading the team building the Stores operations for Seoudi E-commerce division.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Dark Stores operations managers team starting from conceptualizing the operations of the stores to scaling to achieve market leadership.
- Manage, motivate, and support a team of warehouse staff within a time-sensitive and demanding operational environment, to ensure effective contribution in order to deliver team performance and productivity.
- Identify opportunities to improve our dark store set ups to make us faster and more accurate.
- Drive simplification, making complex processes accessible and easy to implement.
- Maintain health and safety standards, promoting a positive on-site safety culture, ensuring the site is compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate and report on KPIs for your stores operations.
- Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly.
- Collaborate with HQ in driving process and tech improvements, being the voice of the store, advocating for what the team needs to perform.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
- 7+ years of experience in Supply chain, logistics, FMCGs or food retail industry.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
