Job Description
- Plan, execute and control the implementation of the marketing strategy for the organization and for new and existing services
- Researching demand for our products and services.
- Develop a brand strategy
- Building brand awareness and positioning.
- Set and administer an annual marketing budget
- Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team and marketing manager
- Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends, and the activities of competitors, adjusting and developing marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
- Manage and refine the organization’s social media presence
- Manage and measure marketing campaign costs
- Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs
- Identify new business opportunities
- Conduct market research studies
- The required Marketing Director will basically understand clients, and build awareness about how our services can satisfy their needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Proven 5+ years of experience as a Marketing Director or similar role
- Proven experience developing a marketing strategy, plans and campaigns
- Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills.
- Commercial awareness and business acumen
- Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask
- Financial skills including budgeting, forecasting, and justifying.
- Analytical mindset to develop and utilize reliable metrics.
- Proven marketing campaign experience
- Strong project management and people management skil
