Job Description

  • #Recruitment Specialist is required at Kanawat for trading and distribution (Samsung & Nokia Distributor – K Mobile Stores - Home Appliances) Nasr city - Cairo:  
  • Job Purpose :
  •  Design and Manage recruitment and selection processes starting with job posting, head hunting , screening resumes, phone screening ,and conducting HR interviews till issuing the offer letter.  
  •  *Responsibilities:     
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Writing Job ads with needed requirements & qualifications then post them on Available recruitment sources .
  • Screening and filtering CVs to choose suitable candidates for Required positions.
  • Conducting HR interview, comparing qualifications to job requirements and evaluating candidates to have a short list of accepted candidates.
  • Prepares job offer and follow up hiring date with Personnel Section and the other concerned departments.
  • Follow up with the accepted calibers to prepare the required documents for hiring process.
  • Track employee’s probation period evaluation.
  • Updating manpower plans for each department in accordance with headcount and recruitment needs.
  • Maintain & update  the database of potential candidates for future job openings
  • Conduct exit interviews and prepare exit interview analyses.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and Orientation sessions.
     

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline.
  • HR Diploma or HR certified studies are preferable.
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in the recruitment field & preferred working in manufacturing sector , retail or recruitment agency.
  • Languages Excellent in English (oral/reading/Written)
  • Excellent MS office
  • Time Management
  • Problem solver and have analytical skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Focus on details
