Updating Warehouse policies & procedures
Liaising with customers and other departments

Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
Provide warranty information for any asset if required

Releasing goods through purchase request if available in stock following optimal operational policies and procedures.
On ERP system, differentiate assets by generating asset id & choose a proper classification for depreciation cycle
Random physical checking for items purchased by petty-cash or advance payment
Signing escrow receipt if custodian item released, Fill out damage/unaccepted goods report if necessary in cooperation with technical side.
Conduct yearly physical count for financial closing
Assist in insurance process by providing the required asset data
Provide monthly receiving report for each department/center consumption
Organizing storage, dispatch stock goods to sub-warehouse in a safe, secured area with limited access
Manage Check for receiving goods against purchase orders and invoices in cooperation with safety and security if necessary, releasing foreign restricted shipments by pharmaceutical representative
To supervise the overall management of assets, outside maintenance, technical status with cooperation of technical & security department

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent
Strong organizational, task prioritizing, and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations; Ability to multi-task and manage work flow priorities
Ability to work confidently work in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented corporate environment where a high degree of flexibility is required
