Job Description
- Manage all aspects of the recruitment process including pre-screening, on-site interviews, reference checks, and offers
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Maintain and promote company policies, man power plan and procedures pertaining to the recruitment process established
- The position includes duties such as: posting and advertising jobs, reviewing job descriptions, screening online applications, scheduling and conducting interviews and reference checks, negotiating offers and proactively building Benchmark’s talent pipeline.

Job Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of solid experience in Talent Management.
- Previous experience in Contracting Companies is a Must
- Excellent in English language is a must
- Previous experience in Saudi market is preferred
- HR Diploma is preferred
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft office suite; Word / Excel / Outlook
- Proven track record of sourcing and landing top talent
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must
