Job Description
- Carry out business information investigation tasks about third party companies by phone
- Conduct web research on commercial entities through open public domain research
- Initiate outbound calls through telephonic interviews for sourcing information
- Source company data from external sources
- translate company data from Arabic to English
- Maintain operations by following policies, procedures; reporting needed changes
Job Requirements
- Excellent telephonic skills and online searching skills
- Previous call center experience is A must
- Ability to work under pressure and perform multiple tasks and be open to change as per the project requirement
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent or very good command of English (written and verbal) (MUST)
- Able to meet task deadlines and able to work individually or within a team
