Job Description

  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Build and cultivate prospective relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to make introductions to the sales team.
  • Conduct a needs analysis to determine the level of interest and to identify the needs of the clients.
  • Develop innovative approaches to generate high-quality leads.
  • Online research skills and the ability to navigate various search engines and social media platforms.
  • In partnership with the Sales Team, ensure the completeness and accuracy of the contact database through the Lead Generation manager.
  • Effectively and consistently communicating leads through different communication channels.
  • Organizational and documentation skills to track daily searches and new business leads.
  • Participating in creating sales campaigns, including campaign planning, audience targeting, messaging, and reporting.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in lead generation, B2B sales, or business development preferably in Videos /or healthcare markets .
  • Experience with targeted online research.
  • High knowledge of CRM and database management tools.
  • Demonstrated competency using information technology and databases.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills and proficiency in the English language.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and sales skills.
  • Ability to multitask with good organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fast learner and able to meet assigned team metrics/goals.
