Job Description
- Preparing new computers with the operating system and the needed applications
- Resolving all issues of Computers and Peripherals
- Responding to queries via email, or phone
- Resolving problems with networks and other computer systems
- Diagnosing system errors and other issues
- Talking staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face, over the phone or remotely, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
- Following up with staff to ensure full resolution of issues
- Running reports to analyze common complaints and problems
- Remotely accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problems
- Experience in the configuration and administration of Windows 7,10,11
Managing employees' emails/accounts. - Adding and updating the inventory of all equipment, software, and license users
- Creating and updating IT data documentation if needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering- Computer or Computer Science or any related majors.
- +3 years of experience in the same field
- LAN, WAN troubleshooting.
- Good analytical skills for troubleshooting various applications
- Working knowledge of switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Working knowledge of AD, DNS, and DHCP.
- Working knowledge of, Exchange servers
