Job Description

  • Preparing new computers with the operating system and the needed applications
  • Resolving all issues of Computers and Peripherals
  • Responding to queries via email, or phone
  • Resolving problems with networks and other computer systems
  • Diagnosing system errors and other issues
  • Talking staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face, over the phone or remotely, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
  • Following up with staff to ensure full resolution of issues
  • Running reports to analyze common complaints and problems
  • Remotely accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problems
  • Experience in the configuration and administration of Windows 7,10,11
    Managing employees' emails/accounts. 
  • Adding and updating the inventory of all equipment, software, and license users  
  • Creating and updating IT data documentation if needed

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engineering- Computer or Computer Science or any related majors.
  • +3 years of experience in the same field
  • LAN, WAN troubleshooting.
  • Good analytical skills for troubleshooting various applications 
  • Working knowledge of switches, routers, and firewalls. 
  • Working knowledge of AD, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Working knowledge of, Exchange servers
