Job Description
- Assists with the introduction, implementation and evaluation of current quality testing approaches and methods within the factory.
- Tests products / materials to maintain quality standards required by (organization, clients, certifications, etc…).
- Inspects and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
- Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.
- Reviews samples from batches of existing products during its production to ensure that they meet the standards.
- Liaise with engineers and others involved in production in order to create plans to improve product quality.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
- Investigates and troubleshooting product or production issues..
- Develops corrective actions, solutions, and improvements, Reviewing codes , specification & processes.
- Prepares quality control reports& Required analysis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Science / Chemical engineering.
- 5 years of Experience in the Quality Control Field.
- Industrial background is a must, Preferred in Sheets/ Aluminum processing field
- Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma tools awareness
- Excellent knowledge of quality control principles.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical Thinking & Excellent Communication Skills.
