Job Description

We are looking for A sales opener, lead generator, and an after-sales representative, responsible for generating leads by contacting new customers, presenting our services, scheduling appointments, and following up. with previous experience of at least 2 years in sales to take the lead in the following responsibility:

  • Responsible for managing, implementing, and deploying new business processes and partnerships to increase sales and industry reach.
  • Contact potential clients representing our product/service and help them to know our company better through a guided script.
  • Answer all calls regarding potential Customers' questions and inquiries.
  • Achieve Monthly Target (number of activated users).
  • Create & collect a database of customers per segment
  • Contact customers via visiting regular visits, phone calls, and e-mails to promote our products.
  • Set up appointments and scheduled visits for sales representatives
  • Follow up on ongoing sales and ensure after-sales satisfaction
  • Deal with customer complaints and returns
  • Contributes to the quarterly/annual business forecasting by providing account trends and future customer needs.
  • Promote world-class customer care.
  • Meet and exceeds predetermined sales goals and objectives and report on progress weekly.
  • Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the territory's return on time investment.
  • Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English language is a must.
  • Preferred to have a previous Sales or marketing experience in the Business field
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proven negotiating and influence skills.
  • Self-motivated, with excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Experience in working with Intermediaries in any industry is desirable.
  • Experience in working to and achieving targets within a sales environment.
  • Must own a car.
