Job Description
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Respond to queries either in person or over the phone or via remote access.
- Diagnose issues with computer software and hardware.
- Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring installation of networks, operating systems, and software.
- perform any other tasks assigned by the IT Manager.
- Administrating Antivirus server/client, firewall ,ERP System.
Job Requirements
- Relevant bachelor’s degree
- Excellent English language is written and spoken.
- Excellent knowledge of networking and Firewalls.
- very good experience of ERP Systems
- knowledge of hardware maintenance.
- 2 : 5 years of experience.
