Job Description

  • Plan for medical file cycle from initiation till completion.
  • Establish department policies & procedures to maintain standardization and consistency.
  • Ensure that all hospital patients have one MRN and one medical file.
  • Maintain cross functional activities in all patient floors & units.
  • Train hospital nursing and administrative staff on needed requirements regarding file completion before sending it to be archived in medical records.
  • Periodical follow up with porters for emergency medical files from all hospital departments/units on daily basis. 
  • Work closely with quality department & hospital manager instruction alignment.
  • Generate periodical statistics & dashboards on medical records accuracy.

 

Job Requirements

  • Medical background in any field.
  • Relevant experience in Medical Records at reputable hospitals.
  • Strong knowledge in Statistics & analysis.
