Senior Manager - Transformation - Systems and Digital transformation

Role Purpose

Responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative solutions, systems and processes that drive digital transformation in finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of financial systems landscape (system architecture) and activation of implementation roadmap to achieve requisite financial systems backbone
• Ensure optimum automation of finance processes within the organization for NEOM Group, Subsidiaries, Sectors and Regions
• Perform fit-gap analysis of the existing system functionalities to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations action plan
• Lead the initiatives to upscale current systems by deploying effective business solution in liaison with external vendors and internal stakeholders
• Review the existing process flows and identify the optimization and standardization opportunities for processes across the finance department and enhance systems to reflect best practices processes
• Support the FP&A team in budget loading, tracking, reporting and identification of improvements required to enable budget controls from systems
• Review and optimize the implementation of DOAs for NEOM Group/Subsidiary/Sector/Region and ensure proper execution and embedment of approvals in the system
• Lead execution of enhancement practices and ad-hoc initiatives related to systems, compliance and governance
• Collaborate with the wider Finance team to identify value creation opportunities

Qualifications:

• 10 or more years’ experience in a similar role with a large company
• Extensive knowledge of finance systems and digital transformation
• Knowledge of leading finance system implementation initiatives
• Knowledge of SAP (is preferred)
• Post-graduation degree/diploma or equivalent in financial and management accounting and/or Finance
• Finance, Accounting, and /or FP&A certifications/qualifications (CMA, CPA, CA, ACCA, or similar)
• Project Management Degree/Diploma or Certificate is a plus
