Job Description
Internal:
- Develop and propose procedures to ensure staff working on processes are operating efficiently.
- Developing company policies, ensuring compliance, and maintaining discipline.
- Improving business functionality to align with core business objectives & managing programs that help develop staff and strengthen their weak areas.
- Demonstrate leadership and be able to communicate at all levels of the office to enhance development and change.
- Lead day to day health and safety operations, general housekeeping of the workplace and facilities coordination.
- Serve as a source of reference for Cairo office employee questions, leaves and absence, and other operations related matters.
- Help make useful and necessary data available to help guide decision making, and allow the company to scale effectively and efficiently.
- Manage employee file system (contracts, leaves, attendance).
- Assist in assessing performance standards and measures for employees to uphold.
External:
- Handling labor, vendors & governmental relations, consulting & legal firms.
Accounting & Finance:
- Executing payroll, budgeting & reporting.
- Forecasting future expenses and recording entries according to the accounting principles.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years Proven leadership with business development and operational experience at high-growth or startup digital marketing & technology companies.
- High attention to details and market research skills.
- Extensive negotiation experience, including comfort with legal and financial aspects of negotiations.
- Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Excellent technology savvy, problem solving, Analytical skills
- Business Initiative and planning
- Highly strategic and capable of building a strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills.
- Ability to manage the cultural diversity of the organization.
- Ability to meet multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with high proactive approaches and a sense of business ownership.
Preferably:
- BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field.
- knowledge of online business models or different e-commerce platforms.
- Financial awareness / cost understanding.
- knowledgeable of developing, launching and facilitating online business endeavors.
