Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is a luxurious beachside resort located on the west crescent of the iconic Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. The interior of the resort is inspired by the ancient palaces of Turkey and features hand-painted finishings, Turkish artworks and stunning murals inspired by the Golden Age of the Ottoman Empire. The resort offers 405 rooms and suites, 38 Royal Residences and the award-winning Talise Ottoman Spa, one of the largest and most luxurious spas in the Middle East. The resort offers Sinbad’s Kids Club complete with splash park, nightlife destination Zabeel Theather and a collection of diverse restaurants which offer a vibrant selection of culinary experiences. About the Job

An opportunity has arisen for a Laundry Manager to join Laundry department in Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Ensures a high level of customer delight within the department.
• Ensures a high level of guest recovery from guest complaints.
• To walk the talk and be a role model in delighting our customer.
• Recognize team members for outstanding delivery of customer delight.
• Be visible and accessible to the guest and follow through.
• Effective utilization of guest profiles and consistent delivery of guest preferences.
• Assist employees to understand their career growth and potential

• Develop a succession plan for each employee to reach their career goals

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• High school degree
• 2 years minimum in a similar role in a 5* international environment
• Oral and written fluency in English
