Job Description
• Oversee all daily operations at the branch
• Ability to achieve desired sales and analyze sales to improve KPIs
• Monitor and assign employee performance and tasks, organize the branch schedule, and provide guidance
• Provide reports, analyses, and information required by employees to evaluate performance
• Supervise and monitor the speed and quality of customer service
• Manage and analyze financial affairs, oversee expenses, and customer accounts
• Communicate with customers to solve their problems, ensure their satisfaction, and manage the company to resolve operational issues
• Organize daily time, prepare short- and long-term development plans, and focus on the most important tasks
• Ability to innovate, develop, and work under pressure with integrity
• Ability to master technology, computer skills, and analyze operational and financial data
Job Requirements
- At least one year of experience in administration, sales, and customer service
- Two years experience in managing branches in the field of hotels, cafes and restaurants
- Residents of Cairo and Giza
- Max age (33)
- Variable shifts
- Technological Requirements: Microsoft office suite
