Job Description
- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering.
- Learn details about our product and service offerings.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
- Use scripts to provide information about products features, prices etc. and present their benefits.
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customers’ requirements.
- Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs.

- Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the companys reputation.
- Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

Job Requirements
