Job Description
- Receiving customers and guiding them within the store departments in KSA
- Provide accurate information about the product features such as pricing, description and after-sales services.
- Responding to customers regarding products and services.
- Show comparisons between prices and additional features to encourage customers to buy. Preparing and processing various promotion offers.
- Supervising the consistency of storage operations and quantities displayed on shelves. Supervising the procedures for return and exchange of products.
- Coordination with the retail sales team to provide excellent customer service, especially during peak times.
- Continuously informing customers of the latest special offers and discounts.
- Submit periodic reports on customer feedback to the store manager.
- Regular access to new products and services.
- Achieving the monthly target
Job Requirements
- Good understanding of the retail process.
