Job Description
- Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies requirements such as stationery, office supplies, coffee break and all equipment is working and properly maintained,
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, contact technicians to repair any malfunctions, device, machine, or anything related to plumbing, carpentry, electricity, etc.
- Follow up on drivers, office boys, etc.
- Responsible for cars licensing and following up with licensing rep.
- Operating copy equipment, fax machines, printers, or other equipment necessary,
- Book meeting rooms as required,
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages),
- Arrange travel and accommodations,
- Arrange in-house events.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field,
- Proven work experience in the admin field or similar role,
- Males only can apply
- Solid knowledge of office procedures,
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
