Job Description
- Making preliminary interviews with suitable candidates, evaluating them and sending their Cvs and Assessment sheets to the Sites.
- Receiving feedback from the Sites after preliminary interview (Whether the candidates CVS were accepted or rejected) and notify the candidate about the result of the first selection step and follow-up with next steps suggested by the Project's Contact Person.
- Arrange a Technical interview for the candidate at the client's company, after receiving an approval on the Cv.
Job Requirements
- Very Good English User (writing, Speaking and listing).
- Very good office user (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent Business and Social Media User.
- Proven experience as blue collar recruiter.
- Preparing job offer for accepted blue collars candidates.
- Experience with recruitment sourcing techniques.
- Very good communication skills.
- Previous work in manufacturing companies will be an asset.
