Skills:

• Ensure to promote and implement predictive maintenance strategies, and reduce corrective maintenance.
• Monitor and analyse the fleet performance to identify reliability trends and emerging equipment issues.
• Manage the oil analysis program and provide advise to the maintenance department.
• Lead investigations into high-risk or fleet-wide product issues, escalating to the OEM where necessary.
• Support internal teams with resolving equipment issues and investigating component failures using root cause analysis and other analytical tools.
• Provide professional Asset Management framework support, including Defect Elimination, Failure Modes Effects and Critical Analysis (FMECA) and Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM).
• The ability to assess current equipment health, apply condition monitoring tactics, verify asset protections and critical spares.
• Proven experience in identifying and implementing initiatives to improve reliability, reduce cost and improve culture.
• Review and improve maintenance strategies and master data within the CMMS (SAP).
• Monitor and report on asset performance metrics and equipment reliability KPIs.
• Support fleet management, lifecycle costing and reliability modelling.
• Prepare and manage cost forecasts, including spares.
• Drive product improvement initiatives through national collaboration with Service, Parts, Project, and Operation teams
