Job Description
- Study the project documents, contract, drawings, specifications and bill of quantities and create detailed project schedule and budget to assist the project manager to manage, monitor and control project progress.
- Provide resource histogram and related human resources plan and procurement of materials.
- Collect data from the site and Issue daily, weekly and monthly reports and submit to the head of the department.
- Update project plans, identify root cause of delays, amend the project schedule and apply mitigation plans as required.
- Track changes & variation, estimate and analyze time impact analysis.
- Update and adjust project schedule and budgets according to the approved variation in coordination with the contract terms and conditions.
- Provide claim assessment reports and discuss with the head of the department until obtaining approval.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Min. 8-10 years’ experience in the Construction industry , Roads experience is a must.
- Strong critical thinking skills, problem solving, negotiation and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent business and technical writing.
- Proficient in Primavera P6.
