Accounting Supervisor
What is position about - Purpose:

• Carry out and process a daily accounting operations for 2 entities ( Dom , JTI Egypt )
• Maintain fiscal & electronic files and records to document transactions
• Provide a proper pack up for the accounting manager in his daily work & BCS submissions to execute his role responsibilities on time with high quality
• Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end
• Support entity Tax activities and inspections .

What will you do - Responsibilities:

• Review and ensure all AP invoices calculation and compliant with 3 way matches to perform a proper releasing and posting to the GL on ERP
• Prepare all and manage all needed GL entries on ERP ( Sales / collection / production / Accruals /Salaries/Accrual vacation/Accrual PSIP/IA salaries/IA PSIP/Outsourcing accrual) and ensure it has the proper supporting documents
• Support internal & external audit in preparing & arranging all GL analysis, reconciliations & reports required which lead to preforming accurate year end audit to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end
• Review and submit any new asset transaction for all fixed assets additions ,running the monthly depreciations by cost center, also process any assets disposals if there according to supporting required approvals
• Support & prepare all GL tax requirements for all types of taxes inspections ( WHT , CIT, stamp, WHT,VAT ,salaries)
• Review all customs & clearance entries and coordinate with GSC finance for their monthly GL entries on ERP
• Ensure a proper & timely month closing activities in his area & prepare monthly key accounting reconciliation file ( KAR ) file to be reviewed with Finance and reporting manager
• Acting as the accounting manager successor in his daily work & BCS submissions to execute his role responsibilities on time with high quality of accuracy

Who we are looking for - Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• At least 7 years experience in Egypt in finance/accounting and reporting environment.
• Strong knowledge of EGAAP, IFRS and Egyptian tax a must, treasury experience highly desired, CMA
• English and Arabic fluency
• High quality PowerPoint and excel skills required
• Exposure to SAP and Microsoft Dynamics highly desired
