Job Description
- Study all tender documents
- Design (Small and Medium size Project) and Shop Drawings experience
- Providing detailed quotations for Electrical / Low current works
- Prepare a project brief
- Prepare and compile the BOQ in accordance with Tender instructions
- Compare and contrast between tender specifications and drawings
- Attend tender site visit and prepare the report
- Contact suppliers and subcontractors for the offer
- Comparative analysis between different offers
- Negotiate and reach agreements with suppliers and subcontractors
- Compile a list of suppliers and subcontractors categorized with remarks, history, and reliability
- To be the company's internal contact point for the client during the inquiry and bidding process
- Present the company profile for prospective clients
- Present the company during any phase of the tendering and bidding process
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical- Section).
- Past experience with similar position with MEP contractor.
- 3-5 years of experience hands-on experience in as Cost Engineer in An Electro-Mechanical Field (MEP).
- Shop drawings
- Must have good experience in construction site.
- Professional Ms. Excel & Auto-CAD user.
- Design Background
- Low Current and Fire alarm experience is a huge advantage
