Job Description
- Analyzing plans, bills of quantities, and other project documentation in order to estimate costs.
- assessing the financial, technical, and operational risks of the project.
- Material selection/submittal and approval follow-up.
- Conceptual design shop-drawing submittal and approval follow-up.
- Preparing bill of materials.
- Preparing production shop drawings and cutting lists.
- Preparing scope variation order.
Job Requirements
- Graduated from the Faculty of Applied Arts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Ability to estimate product/item breakdown and pricing.
